Transcript Request

The Registrar’s office handles all transcript requests on demand. Click on links below to access the transcript request form:

• Electronic copies: $7.00
• Paper copy mailed within USA: $15.00
• International paper copy mailed: $25.00

Processing time for each request is within 72 hours. Expedited requests are supported. Please contact the Registrar’s office for assistance. Requests can be made by emailing the Registrar at registrar@umsaz.org.
