Teaches courses within the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (t-DPT), Transitional Occupational Therapy Doctorate (t-OTD), Doctor of Nursing Science (DNSc) and PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences (PhD Rehab) degree programs.

Biography

Dr. Brian Serrano currently serves as the Performance Health Coordinator in the Chicago Bulls Organization. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Science, Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. His area of interest is in sports medicine and performance. As an athletic trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and sports chiropractor, Dr. Serrano’s research includes shoulder injuries in overhead athletes and tendon injuries in basketball.
